Responsibilities:
- – Respond to customers’ calls and emails, and answer questions about product and delivery services
- – Process delivery orders and ensure they are fulfilled
- – Handle customer complaints or concerns
- – Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately
- – Processing of digital customer servicing order forms
- – Prepare the delivery schedule for Logistic Department to prepare goods for delivery
- – Manage incoming faxes, particularly faxes from showroom
- – Manual sorting of Sales Order (SO) by delivery date
- – Update daily Delivery Schedule
- – Prepare Daily Balance Collection report
- – Initiate system notification to push SMS alerts to customers to confirm delivery timing
- – Retrieve Sales Order data from SAP and prepare daily Paperless Delivery Schedule in excel spreadsheet one day before delivery
Requirements:
- – Minimum CGE O-Level and above
- – Outstanding phone and email etiquette
- – Preferably with 2 years’ experience in customer service or an administrative role
- – Preferably with experience in ERP or SAP systems
- – Good command of spoken & written English & Mandarin is a must in order to liaise with English & Mandarin speaking customers
- – Good communication skill
- – Team player, self-driven, responsible, with integrity and able to work under pressure
- – Able to start work with short notice
Office Working Hours:
5 days’ week with one-off day to be taken from Monday – Saturday, and rest day on Sunday.

- – Photo-taking and cropping for E-commerce and graphic works
- – Graphic design (e.g. press & magazine ads, digital & social media ads, flyers, banners, marketing collaterals etc)
- – Maintain E-commerce website
- – Follow up on work orders with vendors
- – Involve in team brainstorming and discussions
Requirements:
- – Diploma in Visual Design or other relevant qualification
- – Bilingual English & Mandarin required for communication with all races colleagues / vendors
- – Able to work cohesively in a team
- – Creative and have passion for design
- – Responsible and able to meet deadlines
- – Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Macromedia Flash and Freehand applications
- – Knowledge on Web Design software such as Flash, Dreamweaver and Fireworks drawing

- – Provide professional service to walk-in customers
- – Promote the company’s products through excellent customer service
- – Ensure showroom merchandise displays are well maintained
- – Process POS transaction
Requirements:
- – Minimum GCE N-Level or equivalent
- – Preferably with furniture retail sales experience
- – Must be bilingual in “English and Mandarin” in order to communicate with the English and Mandarin speaking customers
- – Positive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility and good team player
- – Result-oriented, independent and experience in customer service and sales
- – Self-motivated and good communication skill
- – Basic salary commensurate with experience
- – High commission and special incentive (subject to individual sales performance)

Showroom Working Hours:
5 days’ week (Two off-days per week, to be taken on weekdays)
6 days’ week (One off-day per week, to be taken on a weekday)
- – 11.00am to 8.00pm / 12.00pm to 9.00pm (Weekdays)
- – 10.30am to 9.00pm / 11.00am to 9.30pm (Weekends/PHs)

Responsibilities:
- – Deliver furniture to different addresses and through different routes
- – Follow routes and time schedule
- – Load, unload, prepare, inspect the furniture prior delivery
- – Operate a 14-footer delivery truck (Class 3 driving license)
- – Collect payments
- – Complete logs and reports
- – Follow delivery SOP and safety standards
- – Assist in assembly of furniture at warehouse when required
Requirements:
- – Mature and able to work independently
- – 1 – 2 years of relevant experience is preferable
- – Able to communicate in “English and Mandarin” with the English and Mandarin speaking customers is an added advantage
- – Good communication skill
- – Physically fit
- – Positive attitude
- – Strong sense of responsibility and good team player
- – Basic salary include overtime allowance

- – Clean inside of truck after delivery daily
- – Inspect product and does any needed touch up
- – Assist in the warehouse to unload goods from container when required
Requirements:
- – Mature and able to work independently
- – 1 – 2 years of relevant experience is preferable
- – New entry is welcome
