01. GRAPHIC DESIGN ASSISTANT / EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • Photo-taking and cropping for E-commerce and graphic works
  • Graphic design e.g. press & magazine ads, digital & social media ads, flyers, banners, marketing collaterals etc
  • Maintain E-commerce website
  • Follow up on work orders with vendors
  • Involve in team brainstorming and discussions
  •  

Requirements:

  • Bilingual English & Mandarin required for communication with all races’ colleagues
  • Able to work cohesively in a team
  • Creative and have passion for design
  • Responsible and able to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Macromedia Flash and Freehand applications
  • Knowledge on Web Design software such as Flash, Dreamweaver and Fireworks
  • Able to commence work within short notice
  • Minimum 6 months period
  •  

Office Working Hours:

5 days’ week

  • Mon – Thu (8.45am – 6.15pm)
  • Fri (8.45am – 5.45pm)

02. SHOWROOM SALES PERSONNEL

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional service to walk-in customers
  • Promote the company’s products through excellent customer service
  • Ensure showroom merchandise displays are well maintained
  •  

Requirements:

  • Preferably with furniture retail sales experience
  • Must be bilingual in “English and Mandarin” in order to communicate with all races customers
  • Positive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility and good team player
  • Result-oriented, independent and experience in customer service and sales
  • Self-motivated and good communication skill
  • Basic salary commensurate with experience
  • Attractive commission

  • Able to start work within short notice

Showroom Working Hours:

  • 6 days’ week (One off-day per week, to be taken on a weekday)
    • Weekdays (11.00am – 8.00pm / 12.00pm – 9.00pm)
    • Weekends/PH (10.30am – 9.00pm / 11.00am – 9.30pm)

03. DELIVERY DRIVER

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of furniture include driving of the truck
  • Loading/ unloading of goods to truck
  • Ensure goods are delivered to customers’ place in order and timely
  • Supervise and lead the delivery assistants to handle goods in care
  •  

Requirements:

  • Mature and able to work independently
  • 1 – 2 years of relevant experience is preferable
  • Physically fit
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong sense of responsibility and good team player
  • Basic salary include overtime allowance
  • Able to start work within short notice
  • Singaporean/ Malaysian are welcome
  •  

Warehouse Working Hours:

  • Mon – Fri (9.00am – 6.15pm)
    • Lunch Break (12pm – 1pm)
    • Tea Break (3pm – 3.15pm)
    • Dinner Break (6.15pm – 6.45pm) [Applicable for OT]
  • Sat (9.00am – 2.00pm) [Compulsory OT from 2.00pm – 6.16pm]

04. DELIVERY ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of Furniture to customers’ place and showrooms
  • Ensure goods are loaded / unloaded from truck in good condition
  •  

Requirements:

  • Mature and able to work independently
  • 1 – 2 years of relevant experience is preferable
  • New entry is welcome
  • Physically fit
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong sense of responsibility and good team player
  • Basic salary include overtime allowance
  • Able to start work within short notice
  • Singaporean/ Malaysian are welcome
  •  

Warehouse Working Hours:

  • Mon – Fri (9.00am – 6.15pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Unload goods from the container
  • Load goods in FILO sequence at the warehouse
  •  

Requirements:

  • SPM / N level / O Level / ITE qualification
  • Knowledge on warehousing experience is an added advantage
  • Possess forklift license
  • Mature and able to work independently
  • 1 – 2 years of relevant experience is preferable
  • Physically fit
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong sense of responsibility and good team player
  • Basic salary include overtime allowance
  • Dinner provided for working over time
  • Able to start work within short notice
  • Singaporean/ Malaysian are welcome
  •
